He began his career as a helper at one of the largest HVAC companies in San Antonio, rapidly advancing to the role of lead installer within just a year.
Steven’s experience spans residential, commercial and new construction HVAC, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of the field.
His transition to a technician role provided him with invaluable experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and customer communication. Steven also excelled in sales, mastering the art of offering financing options, maintenance plans and incentive rebates.
